I’ve had two quotes written in lipstick on my duchess mirror for over a year.

The first suits my decision to leave familiar shores, leave my job, leave my house, even leave my cat behind to follow a dream I’ve held for over 15 years. I’m bound for South America followed by Canada, the US and Central America, soaking up all I can.
The second quote fits the fact I will be a different person when I come home. It’s daunting to think I’ll not work or live the life I’ve lead for the previous several years. I’m terrified to be honest.
Terrified and (hopefully) intrepid.
